Being yourself is about feeling comfortable in your skin.
Once you accept yourself (as mentioned in previous video), it is comparatively easy to be yourself.
More often than not we are living as per society’s expectations, even though most of the time we don’t agree with its conditions. We don’t want to jeopardise the relationships or our image that we have created by wearing a mask & hence we continue living with a fake us.
And somewhere, we are so used to that fake life that we don’t even realise that we are missing our real self. Day in & day out we are doing things that comes under so called society norms. We don’t even dare to think differently.
We stop being ourselves with the fear of - what others think?
Because as it is famously said - ‘SABSE BADA ROG, KYA KAHENGE LOG’.

The biggest of all diseases is - what will people say?
I have seen people not laughing their heart out because of the fear of what will people think? I have seen people not speaking the truth, because it is bitter & so how will it look? I have seen people dressing in a certain way, even though they are not comfortable because they want to fit in. I have seen people being sweet to everyone all the time, even though they are frustrated from within because otherwise their true face will be exposed & their fake image that they have built since years, will be destroyed.
They behave in a certain way, they dress up in a certain way, even though they are not comfortable, because they are constantly under the fear of being judged. They even stop their children of being themselves because what will people say, what will people think about them through their children’s behaviour.
Infact the truth is, no one bothers. Everyone just wants entertainment out of others so irrespective of however you behave, u will be judged so why no be yourself & let people judge you. Why bother?
Now just sit back & think - what are you missing by constantly living under the fear of what will people think?
You are missing - YOURSELF
The question is how can you be yourself?
It’s simple - do what your heart says, without wasting a second on the thought - what will people say? Do the silliest of things if it makes you happy & gives you peace. As long as you are not hurting anyone intentionally in any form, do what your heart pleases & live your life on your terms.
Start small with :
Wearing your attitude
Laughing at yourself
Speaking your mind
Following your beliefs
The result : You will start loving yourself & the mask that you were wearing since years will be gone. You will be your real self.
